More Denver Colorado Residents Means More Dance Teachers Needed

Per the Denver Post, Denver has been growing – and will continue to grow.

Denver’s population has increased by 39% from 1990 to 2013.

People are moving into Denver, as evident after the last decade of rapid urban growth in Denver, and there is no indication this is slowing down.  Evidence of this is in the more than fifty projects that have received permits since February 2014 which would add over 11,000 condos, apartments and row homes.

There are also plans by suburban developers for more neighborhoods, expanding Denver’s metro area.

State demographers project the city of Denver could see a net gain of nearly 100,000 new residents in the next decade.

With all the new people moving into Denver, more services will need to be provided to these residents of both Denver and the Denver suburbs.  These services would include dance lessons, so more dance instructors will be needed to teach these classes.
