Imagine starting your day excited to inspire the next generation, knowing the work you do helps children grow into confident, kind, and capable people. That’s what we do at Power Of Dance—and we need your help!

Since 2007, Power Of Dance has been helping children build skills, confidence, and character through creative movement and dance. Our programs celebrate individuality and encourage respect, cooperation, and self-expression. We’re looking for a passionate Preschool Movement Teacher to join our team and help our youngest students discover the joy of movement while learning life lessons that last a lifetime.

What You’ll Do:

  • Teach weekly movement and simple choreography classes for children ages 2–5
  • Collaborate with other preschool teachers to continually enhance curriculum that blends age-appropriate life lessons, play, and creative movement
  • Communicate progress and feedback to parents and directors
  • Participate in rehearsals, events, and studio activities as an engaged team member

No prior dance experience is required—just a willingness to learn simple techniques and terminology to teach in class!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to teach weekday evenings (4:15–6:30 pm) and/or one morning per week
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within our studio
  • Passion for developing young children’s social, emotional, and movement skills
  • Commitment to teamwork, growth, and contributing to a positive studio culture

About Power of Dance

Power of Dance is a recreational and competitive dance studio in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We are members of the United States All Star Federation as well as More Than Just Great Dancing. We combine strong technical training with creative choreography to develop confident, well-rounded dancers. Our 9,600 sq. ft. facility features four professional studios and a welcoming environment for both students and staff.
