Hiring An Acro Dance Teacher
Finding a great acro teacher was always a huge priority for my dance studio.
As a competition dance choreographer, I know acro skills can add so much to a competition routine.
I’ve also found some of the acro routines at our dance studios to be some of the highest scoring.
Unfortunately, I do not feel comfortable teaching advanced acro courses and that’s where hiring an acro teacher becomes essential.
I am picky about acro teachers because I want students to get skills but I also do not want them to be injured.
This has made hiring a teacher over the past six years at times difficult, which is one of the reasons I started Dance Teacher Finder.
Dance Teacher Finder provides dance studios with both a dance teaching job board as a well as a resume database where you can find teachers.
Our goal is to help dance studios find the exact teacher they want rather than settling for hiring a teacher they are not behind 100%.
