Qualifications:
- Experience teaching Ballroom & Latin (social or competitive)
- Positive, energetic, and professional personality
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (or willingness to obtain a visa—sponsorship available)
- Optional but valued: competitive background, certifications, or experience in American Smooth / Rhythm, Ballroom/Latin, Salsa, Swing
Your Responsibilities:
- Teach Ballroom & Latin dance lessons to private and group students (all levels)
- Prepare choreography for wedding couples, showcases, and events
- Help promote studio activities, parties, and performances
- Maintain excellent communication and service with students
- Contribute to a positive and inspiring studio culture

World of Dance Bloomington is a fast-growing, high-energy dance studio located in the heart of Bloomington, Indiana. Our mission is to make ballroom and Latin dancing accessible, inspiring, and life-changing for every student—from absolute beginners to advanced competitors. We offer a warm, professional environment with social dance programs, wedding dance lessons, showcases, and community events.
We are now expanding our teaching team and looking for a passionate, skilled, and motivated Ballroom/Latin Instructor to join our family.
