Hello, my name is Karina Smirnoff! Some of you may know me as a long-time Professional on “Dancing With The Stars”. I am the Founder of the Star Dance Program, which is a school program where children learn how to dance. Our mission is to empower children with the tools to find positive solutions to life’s challenges through dance.

We are a rapidly expanding company and are always looking for new dance instructors to join our amazing team of talented and inspiring individuals. Our ideal candidate is someone who is fun, energetic, and passionate about working with children. In our program, children will learn basic steps of ballroom styles like cha cha, swing, salsa, and merengue, as well as choreography that combines elements of hip-hop, jazz, modern dance. We are looking for someone who is familiar with these styles and has experience working with children in group settings. Our values center around teamwork, selflessness, and passion. Each member of our team embodies these values in everything they do. Qualifications:
- Experience working with children under 13 years old age is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of child development and enrichment programming.
- Have a strong sensitivity to cultural difference present among staff and clients within our organization.
- Be punctual and professional.
- Be team players.
