Overview

With a history of 40+ years, Vestavia Dance has been a successful ministry of VHMC and continues to open its doors to not only our church members but the Birmingham community as well. Vestavia Dance offers instruction in a caring, companionate, and creative environment for ages two and up. We cultivate the love of dance and teach with the necessary discipline to create dancers who can beautifully showcase their God given talents. We focus on knowing each student individually, so we can meet their needs and encourage them in a way that helps each child reach their fullest potential. At Vestavia Dance you are guaranteed a family oriented, nurturing experience for each and every dancer.

Vestavia Dance Performance Company is an award-winning dance company that competes and performs locally and across the southeast, comprised of Vestavia Dance dancers. VDPC exists to foster a lifelong love of dance, while inspiring self confidence, discipline, and an appreciation of the arts. At VDPC we believe in an enriching education and recognize that every student has something to offer the arts, and the arts has something for every student. We work diligently to provide a strong technical foundation and performative skill set for the developing dancer. We will urge VDPC dancers to strive daily for their very best, supporting a culture of friendship, teamwork, and positivity in a safe, high-quality studio environment.
