TEACH, DIRECT AND CHOREOGRAPH!
Amazing opportunity for the right person! Successful dance studio (20+ years) looking for new ballet instructor to run the whole program.
We are located in Eastern WA so relocation is necessary. (Please do not apply if relocation is not possible.)
Dancers ages 3-18. One ballet production per year. Every other year is Nutcracker and the other years is a ballet of director’s choice. Past ballets have included The Magic Toy Shoppe, Cinderella, Swan Lake and The Snow Queen. (See video for our recent production of Cinderella. Note: It was during Covid with no audience and limited rehearsal time.)
Looking for someone with a ballet degree but happy to consider applicants who have commensurate experience. (If in doubt, please apply.)
Salary: $30-$40/hr. depending upon qualifications and experience.
20 hours minimum plus opportunities for private lessons. (Hours are M-F. Weekends and school holidays and breaks off unless you choose to schedule something.)
Housing is provided for 3 months to help with relocation.

Talented dancers! Great parents! Wonderful community! We are located in a small town but we strive to give our kids the best dance education we can. Our competition teams are known for excellence both regionally and nationally, but we care most about helping our students become confident and caring young adults. We would love to add another instructor to our team who wants to help shape the future generation through dance.
