Job Overview
We are seeking two passionate, and goal-oriented individuals to join our fun and vibrant team. This role involves mastering a series of ongoing dance trainings, provided for free by our owner and lead instructor. These individuals should be engaging, and fun, creating an exciting and warm environment for those who are coming to our space for lesson and a love of dance.
Responsibilities
Teach minimum amount of lessons per week.
Be present in dance studio during staff hours
Sell minimum amount of lesson packages per month
Continue to improve both sets of skills in both dancing and sales.
Be available to attend social events with staff and students periodically. These events might take place outside of normal work hours.
Attend work in designated studio uniform.
Prior dance experience is preferred, but DOES NOT need to be any ballroom dance experience. If this sounds like a good fit for you, or someone you might know, please reach out! Male teachers preferred
