At Power Of Dance, we do more than teach dance—we develop confident, kind, and driven young people through meaningful, high-quality training. Since 2007, our team has been committed to excellence, growth, and creating a positive impact in every class.

We’re looking for a passionate Dance Instructor who wants to be part of something bigger than just teaching classes—someone who values teamwork, growth, and making a difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Teach weekly dance classes in the styles of jazz, tap, pom, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, and/or ballet
  • Prepare dancers for performances and competitions
  • Collaborate with a supportive, growth-focused team
  • Provide consistent feedback to dancers and families
  • Contribute to rehearsals, events, and studio culture

This position has the potential of being either FULL-TIME or PART-TIME, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs.

About Power of Dance

Power of Dance is a recreational and competitive dance studio in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We are members of the United States All Star Federation as well as More Than Just Great Dancing. We combine strong technical training with creative choreography to develop confident, well-rounded dancers. Our 9,600 sq. ft. facility features four professional studios and a welcoming environment for both students and staff.
