What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Greet dancers, families, and guests warmly each day
Manage studio check-in, attendance, and assist with trial students
Support new client onboarding and enrollment steps
Draft weekly parent updates and studio communications
Maintain a tidy, organized front desk and lobby space
Assist with recital prep, costume organization, and merchandise sales
Serve as the “eyes and ears” of the lobby — addressing minor issues gracefully
Communicate dancer absences, trends, and concerns to leadership
Handle closing duties, lost and found, and basic supply checks

Availability Requirements
Weekday evenings (4:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
Saturdays (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Additional hours may become available as the studio grows
This role is best suited for individuals who are not actively enrolled in full-time academic programs, and who are seeking a stable, long-term position with room for growth
