Overview
Long Lake Camp for the Arts in upstate New York offers all forms, levels and styles of dance to dancers ages 8 to 16 , who travel to us from all around the world. We are looking to hire dance teachers and choreographers who wish to live among the mountains lake and trees of the Adirondack park on our privately owned summer performing and fine arts camp. Our campers love to dance and are eager to learn, perform and develop their technique while making new friends. We wish to hire teachers for Hip Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Contemporary, Modern, Ballet, Tap, Yoga and Pilates. We also need our teachers to choreograph for our Broadway musicals and each session our dance department creates a wonderful dance production you will also create new choreography for. You will live at camp for free and be paid for the dates June 21 to August 31. In addition to Dance we offer, Theater, Music, Circus, Fine Arts, Improv, Magic, Film, Comedy and we have fun outdoor sports and waterfront. We offer a non-competitive approach to performing arts and we produce truly memorable dance productions and musicals. This is a very creative camp filled with artists and performers.

Since 1969 Long Lake Camp for the Arts has offer amazing summers for creative artists and performers ages 8 to 16 from all around the world. We are a summer sleep away camp offer 3- 3 week sessions. We accept 250 campers per summer and hire 160 staff. We are located in the heart of the world famous and beautiful Adirondack Park of upstate New York. Every camper at Long Lake creates their own schedule with our guidance. This means all our campers are very happy and ready to learn and perform.
