This is not a typical studio position.

For over 31 years, Linda Dobbins Dance has built a reputation as one of the region’s most respected training programs—developing dancers who go on to collegiate teams, professional careers, and national recognition.

We are expanding our faculty and seeking a select number of highly capable, career-driven instructors.

The Role
Our teachers lead high-level, structured classes within a program known for consistency, discipline, and results.

This position is best suited for individuals who are confident managing full classrooms, maintaining strong standards, and delivering impactful training—day in and day out.

Compensation
Performance-based earning structure:

Year 1: ~$44,000
Year 2: ~$54,000
Continued growth (~$10K+/year) for versatile, highly engaged instructors
