Overview
We are currently seeking an instructor for our Tuesday night Tango classes. However, we would also like to seek a person who is able to teach other styles so that we may expand on the variety of classes that we offer. The more that you have to offer and the more flexible you are in the evenings and weekends – the more likely we will be in a position to offer your frequent work.
Instruction is from 7pm – 10pm depending on student numbers, on Tuesday evenings. We are also open to the idea of instruction being held over the weekend. We have 3 dance rooms and also encourage our instructors to undertake private lessons.
We pay an hourly wage according to the Fitness Industry Award 2010. We do offer bonus incentives for increase in student numbers – so being the able to sell your program is vital and highly recommended.
About Impulsive Artists in Motion
Impulsive Artists in Motion is a reasonably new dance studio located in Puckle Street, Moonee Ponds. We hold Tango, Kizomba, Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, Bachata and Hip Hop classes. We have 3 studios of various sizes.
Generally our classes start at 7pm with a FREE introductory/warm up session. 7:30pm is Intermediate, and 8:30pm is Improvers (generally building upon the Intermediate classes).
