Overview
Footworks Dance Studio is seeking an experienced Ballet & Pointe Instructor for immediate hire to join our faculty for the remainder of the season.
This position involves teaching competitive team ballet and pointe for dedicated dancers ages 11–18 in a supportive, high-level training environment.
Position Details:
*Role: Ballet & Pointe Teacher
*Start Date: Immediate
*Students: Competitive dancers ages 11–18
*Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays
*Duration: Now through late May
*Location: Winter Garden, Florida
*Pay: Competitive pay, based on experience
Responsibilities Include:
*Teaching strong technical ballet classes for competitive dancers
*Providing safe, structured pointe instruction
*Emphasizing alignment, artistry, strength, and classical foundations
*Supporting team training and dancer development
Ideal Candidate:
*Experience teaching ballet and pointe at the intermediate/advanced level
*Strong understanding of technique, progression, and injury prevention
*Professional, dependable, and passionate about dancer growth
*Competitive studio experience is a plus
