Overview
Footworks Dance Studio (Winter Garden, FL) is seeking an experienced Ballet Instructor to teach our award-winning Competitive Team program. We are looking for someone who is passionate about classical technique, clean lines, discipline, and dancer development.
Position Details:
- Teach weekly ballet classes for competitive dancers ages 6–18
- Ability to teach strong technique, placement, turnout, épaulement, musicality, and classical vocabulary
- Must be reliable, positive, and professional
- Experience with competitive dancers required
- Must be available on Monday and Thursday evenings

- Strong classical ballet background
- Ability to train dancers for high-level competitive work—cleaning technique, strengthening foundations, refining artistry
- Someone who values structure, consistency, and growth
- A great communicator who works well with students, families, and staff
