Program Description
At Dance Life, we believe ballroom dance changes lives — and we are building the next generation of dance professionals to help lead that mission.
Dance Life is the professional training division of ballroom dance professionals, designed for passionate, growth-minded individuals who want more than just a job. Our 6-month Ballroom Dance Teacher Training Program combines elite mentorship, technical dance education, real-world teaching experience, performance opportunities, and leadership development into a structured career pathway.
This is not simply a “learn to teach dance” program.
It is an immersive professional development experience designed to help individuals grow into confident instructors, performers, communicators, leaders, and artists.
Our trainees work alongside experienced professionals in an active, high-energy ballroom dance studio environment while developing:
Ballroom dance technique & movement quality
Lead/follow mechanics
Teaching methodology
Public speaking & communication skills
Social dance hosting abilities
Choreography & performance training
Professionalism & leadership
Client relationship skills
Studio operations & business fundamentals
Successful graduates may qualify for career placement opportunities within Dance Life and connected studios including but not limited to Tampa, Nashville, Orlando, Las Vegas, Las Angeles and more.

Dance Life is a premier ballroom dance studio located in the heart of Historic Downtown Panama City, dedicated to transforming lives through dance, community, and personal growth. We specialize in high-quality ballroom dance instruction for all ages and experience levels — from complete beginners taking their very first steps to competitive dancers pursuing championship-level goals.
At Dance Life, we believe dance is more than just learning steps.
