Dance Co, a prominent Vancouver studio is now hiring for the 2025/26 season.
We are looking for talented, passionate Ballet teachers with careers, focused in dance education to join our team.
We are seeking a Full Time ballet instructor ideally with their associate, associate diploma or license to teach technique and choreography to children and young adult adults.
Our students range from beginner to pre-professional.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to:
Prepare and submit students for Cecchetti examinations
Collaborate with an accompanist for classes
Create choreography for competitions and performances
Be an integral part of a passionate and inspired team of Cecchetti educators
Dental and health benefits are available. Renumeration based on experience. Relocation for the right candidate.

About Dance Co
Dance Co, established in 1992, is a prominent dance school located in beautiful Vancouver, BC, Canada. With two spacious locations—one at 4230 Yew Street and another at 5780 Fraser Street—Dance Co offers over 20,000 square feet of professional studio space. Our facilities feature sprung hardwood and marley floors, as well as an in-house costume and uniform department, providing a comprehensive environment for dance education.
