Carolina Dance Productions is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic part-time dance instructor to join our vibrant team for the 2026–2027 season! If you live to inspire the next generation of dancers, love creating a positive and disciplined classroom experience, and bring energy and professionalism to every class you teach, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

Skilled in multiple styles- ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, tap, acro, musical theater, and contemporary.

Comfortable teaching a range of ages and levels, from preschoolers to pre-professionals
A team player who is punctual, prepared, and passionate
Experience with choreography for recital and competitive teams is a plus
Positive role model with a growth mindset and strong communication skills

CDP also offers an accelerated company program for dancers who are interested in more intensive training and performance opportunities at the local, regional, and national levels. Through this program, dancers develop strong technique, determination, confidence, poise, and valuable life skills while learning to balance their academics and commitment to dance.
