Overview
Brilliant Dance Company is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, positive, and experienced dance instructors. Our small studio opened our doors this year in Brookside, and we are looking to fill out our staff! We are most needing to hire teachers for pre-school age classes, but would love well-rounded teachers who could also step into teaching other classes, particularly in tap, lyrical, and tumbling. Responsibilities would include classroom management, lesson plans, communication to parents and staff, choreography, and attending performances and staff meetings.

Located in East Brookside in Kansas City, Brilliant Dance Company was founded upon the belief that dance is a power tool of self-expression for everyone! We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Pointe, Clogging, and more for ages 3-103 and beyond. We strive to create a positive and encouraging environment for dancers to learn and grow.
