About That Pointe (Hindsville, AR) is a new and growing studio, and we are building something exciting in our community. We currently have Ballet & PBT staffed and are seeking instructors to join our Competitive and Recreational Programs to start immediately.
Open Positions:
• Jazz (Competitive + Recreational)
• Lyrical / Contemporary
• Hip Hop (Rec + Competitive potential)
• Acrobatics / Tumbling / Gymnastics
• Tap (bonus, not required)
• Rec Combo Classes (ages 3–10)
• Solos / Competition Coaching (optional)
What We’re Looking For:
• Positive, reliable, and collaborative teachers
• Comfortable working with ages 3–18
• Technique-focused and supportive
• Able to teach Rec OR Competitive (or both)
• Competition experience helpful for advanced roles; not required for Rec
• Teachers who enjoy helping grow a program and shape studio culture
