Overview
Historic Arts Organization is seeking experienced, professional instructors in African and Latin Dance for a robust, inclusive summer camp that will instill rigorous professionalism while having fun. We offer a variety of camps close to downtown Yonkers from July 5 – Aug 13. Classes are 90 minutes each, with the potential for three classes a day, five days a week. We will have courses in Acting, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, African & Latin Dance, Musical Theatre, Writing, Music, and Visual Arts. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Please respond with your photo, resume, and a short video or link to a work sample. Let us know if you teach African, Latin or both. Also provide the age groups you can work with, your availability, and your rate. Please write a brief sentence describing your educational philosophy and include some dates and times you are available for a brief, virtual interview in the next week or so.
