Overview
Responsibilities:
Conduct dance classes throughout the week, including choreography, technique, and performance.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills by providing excellent support and communication to students and their families.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, especially when working with children, fostering their passion for dance and nurturing their skills.
Develop lesson plans and curriculum tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
Organize and coordinate dance recitals, showcases, competitions, and other performance events
Requirements:
Previous experience as a dance instructor or equivalent training in dance education.
Proficiency in various dance styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with children and parents.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for dance and a commitment to inspiring and empowering students.
