Overview
Variations Dance Studio (Auburn, AL) seeks an experienced preschool level dance teacher. During the academic year, full-time faculty members teach and participate in rehearsals for all productions.
In addition to their teaching schedule during the academic year, faculty members will teach in our Summer Programs and/or Outreach programs.
Requirements:
Experience in teaching Youth levels is preferred (Students among the ages of 3-10yrs.)
Must be able to implement creative movement exercises alongside technical lesson plans.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Wonderful connection with children and parents.
Exude positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
Knowledge in basic computer skills. Office work might be required.
Willingness to participate in all duties and events for Variations Dance Studio.
Additional Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Character or Choreography skills preferred.
