Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and skilled **Dance Instructor** to teach students of all ages and abilities. Candidates should be well-versed in various dance styles, passionate about teaching, and committed to fostering a love for dance in their students.
Key Responsibilities
– Teach engaging dance classes to students aged 2 years and up across all styles, adhering to our curriculum.
– Create a positive, supportive, and inspiring environment for students to grow and shine.
– Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help dancers improve their technique and confidence.
– Collaborate with the studio team for recital preparations, curriculum updates, and professional training.
Qualifications
– Experience teaching multiple dance styles to various age groups.
– Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and teens.
– Ability to adapt to and implement the Twinkle Star Dance curriculum.
– Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
