Top Notch Dance Company is seeking a passionate and experienced Acro Dance Instructor to join our founding faculty for our inaugural season.
We are a new studio committed to high-level training in a positive, disciplined, and inspiring environment. We’re looking for someone who can help build a strong acro program while fostering confidence and technique in our dancers.
Responsibilities:
- Teach acro classes to students of various ages and skill levels
- Instruct proper technique in flexibility, strength, balance, and tumbling
- Develop structured and progressive lesson plans
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
- Choreograph and teach dance routines that incorporate acro elements for performances and recital
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching acro within a dance program (preferred) or gymnastics with a strong understanding of dance integration
- Acro certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of safe progressions and proper technique
- Ability to work with children and teens of varying levels
- Professional, reliable, and energetic
- Available evenings and Saturdays
