Overview
The Ridgefield School of Dance, an established ballet school with strong focus on classical ballet technique seeks an instructor with knowledge of the Balanchine style of training, who is willing to follow a set curriculum and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Opportunity is for Monday afternoon classes for our Ballet 2 and 3 levels – ages 7-10. Teaching adult classes and/or other techniques, in addition to ballet, an option. The Ridgefield School of Dance is noted for its excellence and focus on technique, professional environment and commitment to small class size. Classes are offered starting at age 3 with 7 graded classes through the Company level. The dance curriculum serves both the pre-professional student and the recreational dancer in Classical Ballet and Pointe.
