London Dance USA is currently seeking a Director/Hip Hop Dance Instructor for its new flagship dance studio located in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. This candidate needs to be a self-starter with a background in dance and management. Candidate must possess great communication skills not only with students but other instructors and the general public. Candidate must have verifiable dance experience with a recent resume. Candidate must be able to create a curriculum and be willing to teach classes when needed. This self motivated individual must possess good computer literacy skills; understand budgeting; perform peer performance reviews; oversee all aspects of running daily operations of dance studio to include security and custodial functions.
