The LAB Dance Complex is hiring part time dance instructors for the 2024/2025 dance season. New to Poughkeepsie, NY the LAB Dance Complex centers on inclusion, safety, equity, health, and exploration for people of all ages, abilities, and experience levels, racial and ethnic backgrounds, and gender identities, to express themselves through movement and the art of dance. The LAB prioritizes  students’ mental and emotional health and uses a body-positive teaching style. Our classes range from experimentation and discovery to developing classical technique and structuring movement to communicate. At the LAB we help our students realize their full potential and cultivate their own unique artistic expression.
