Overview
We are seeking a ballet director for immediate hire for our dance studio on the SW side of Cedar Rapids, Iowa! We have a large group of eager-to-learn, lovable students! Position hours are Monday – Thursday, 5pm -9:30pm!
Our current ballet director has established an excellent program based on the ABT curriculum, syllabi, assessments, and checklists! We are seeking a growth mindset candidate that can build off of our foundation and bring their own experience and expertise to continue to help the students and studio grow!
In addition, our collaborative studio works to implement the latest in injury prevention with a focus on mental health!
