Dance Instructor (Part-Time / Contract)

Soo Dance Company & Academy – Danville & San Ramon, CA

Soo Dance Company & Academy is a premier, well-established dance studio seeking passionate and experienced dance instructors for the 2026–2027 season. This position begins in the summer and continues through the spring season.

With two thriving locations in Danville and San Ramon, our studio is known for its strong training programs, professional environment, and consistent success in both education and competition. We are excited to welcome dedicated instructors to our growing team.

Position Overview

Responsibilities include:

•Teaching dance technique classes across various age groups and skill levels

•Choreographing routines for competitions (preferred but not required)

•Preparing students for annual showcases in December and May

Experience in multiple dance styles is highly valued, though not required.

•Strong knowledge of proper dance techniques

•Ability to effectively manage and engage a classroom

•Willingness to commit to a full season contract (summer through spring)

Compensation

• $30–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
