Since opening the Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Ridgefield, CT has grown and outperformed the competition. We are a quality driven studio that holds high standards for our instructors and we believe in working hard and having fun.
We are looking to add a new instructor to our growing team! This is a great opportunity to live your dream and make dance your full-time career.
We are looking for individuals that are:
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and have a passion for dance.
- Have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Have a positive attitude with a desire to enhance people’s lives.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have at least 3 years of dance experience or a dance degree.
- Teaching experience is not required, because of our thorough and comprehensive training program.
This is a full-time position (40 hrs. /wk.) Monday thru Friday 12 to 9 pm, and some weekend work. Salary based on qualifications and dance experience.
