Prima School of Dancing is seeking dance teachers who want to share their passion for dance with the next generation. Prima has been a part of Rapid City community for over 80 years and offers a flexible schedule, a family like work environment, and opportunities for training and development. Prima School of Dancing is the largest studio in Western South Dakota and would love to add another member to our teaching family.
We strive to create positive classroom environments that are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance techniques. We aim to develop important life skills in our students as we want to teach More Than Just Great Dancing! Backgrounds in studio Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Modern, Acro and/or Lyrical preferred. Dependability, professionalism, creativity, punctuality, and friendliness are a must!

Hours per week: Dependent on Experience – classroom teaching from 5 to 25 hours. Plus office assistant hours available.
Typical end time: 7:00-8:30pm
Typical start time: 3:00pm

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
