On Pointe Arts is Hiring Inspiring Dance Educators
At On Pointe Arts, we believe in nurturing the whole dancer—mind, body, and heart. Our mission is to create a positive, supportive, and inspiring environment where dancers of all ages and abilities feel seen, celebrated, and challenged to grow. As we expand our team for the upcoming season, we’re looking for two passionate instructors to join us in shaping the next generation of confident, expressive movers. We are excited to be growing our team, which will enable us to maintain a small dance class capacity and high-quality dance instruction.
We’re Hiring:
Modern/Contemporary Instructor ( primarily ages 12-18)
Are you an experienced dance educator with a love for storytelling through movement and a passion for technical excellence? We’re seeking a dedicated instructor to lead our high-level Modern/Contemporary class with creativity, consistency, and care. The ideal candidate is technically strong, dependable, and enthusiastic about connecting with students on and off the dance floor. Please note what lines of MODERN dance you have experience studying and teaching.

Has a passion for teaching and a heart for children
Communicates with clarity, honesty, empathy, and professionalism
A dance education that is founded in the health, longevity, and safe practice of teaching dance
Is reliable, collaborative, and flexible
Is looking to commit to being here for multiple years, we would like to add someone to our team who wants to build lasting and long-term relationships with our dancers
Committed to upholding our studio’s values of respect, artistry, and personal growth
College Degree in Dance/Theater (or related field) (This is a suggestion, and while not required, you must have solid and backable training)
