Overview
Logrea Dance Academy is looking for reliable, energetic, experienced dance teachers to join our dance family. We are considering all applications from teachers proficient in teaching Jazz (2 classes a week), Theater Dance (1 Class a week), Tap (3 Classes a week), and Elementary (3-5 Year Olds) (4 classes a week) instructors. We can hire a few people for different styles or one who does it all! Must be able to commit to September through June. We do offer a Summer program, individual who applies should also take this into consideration. Dance camp (4 weeks, 3 days a week starting July 14) Summer Intensive (4 weeks every Thursday running July 11-Aug 4) Logrea Dance Academy hires staff that are hard working, enthusiastic, accountable, and that contribute to our supportive environment.
Qualifications for our Application are as follows:
Able to maintain high levels of energy throughout class
Connects well with students
Proficiency in teaching genre applying for
Experience with teaching a range of age groups from 3-5 year olds, 6-8 year olds, 9-12 year olds, and 13+
Reliability
Ability to provide self transportation or utilization of local bus
All teachers must have extensive experience in their field of dance and be able to share previous choreography during the interview process
