Dance Instructor

Overview

Little People’s Creative Workshop is the nation’s largest organization teaching dance, theatre, and music to young children. We have an opening for an instructor in the Upstate South Carolina region (Greenville, SC and surrounding areas). Our instructors teach weekly classes, working minimal hours per week – mostly weekday mornings (no nights or weekends).

If you have experience in dance and/or theatre, love young children, have outstanding people skills, and are an organized and enthusiastic leader – then this is a wonderful opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

We are specifically looking for an instructor that can teach our weekly preschool dance/theatre arts classes (ages 2-5). Most classes are weekday mornings between 9-11am. We also have opportunities to teach elementary acting classes in the afternoons (ages 6-12).

We teach classes on-site at preschools, daycares, and private schools in the SC Upstate region! The majority of our classes are year-round, including the summer months.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work weekday mornings.

Must be available to start teaching in March 2025.

Must have performing arts experience (dance, theatre, and/or music)

Must love young children – experience with teaching children is preferred!

Must have own car.

Must be responsible, reliable, and professional.
