We are a modern and rapidly growing pro-am ballroom and Latin dance studio based in Aventura, FL. We’re currently seeking a passionate dance instructor to join our dynamic team.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, energetic, and loves working with adult students of all levels. Experience in teaching ballroom, Latin, or Argentine Tango is preferred.
We’re looking for driven, team oriented individuals who are willing to take the initiative and motivate their students in their dance journey. We know we can teach anyone to dance, so finding the right person to join our team is what matters the most.
Key Responsibilities:
– You will be responsible for teaching ballroom and Latin dancing in private and group settings.
– You will be a team player and demonstrate strong communication skills with a diverse group of students and teachers.
– You will learn and follow our dance curriculum, develop choreographies, teach technical elements, and prepare lesson plans.
– You will constantly evaluate student performance and make changes for improvement.
– You will adapt to students’ abilities, their cultural background and their preferences to keep them motivated and progressing in the direction of their dance goals.
– You will be punctual, professional, and courteous in all situations.
