Dance Teacher – Acro and Hip Hop

Overview

The Gold Coast Arts Center in Great Neck, NY is looking for an Acrobatic/tumbling teacher and Hip Hop teacher for the 2019-2020 dance season. We are looking for dance teachers that want to help cultivate our students’ talents, inspire confidence and love for dance as well create a strong foundation in dance technique.

GCAC dance program begins in September and ends in late May/early June. Dance teacher must attend dress rehearsal and recital.

The Gold Coast Arts Center is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT 501(c)(3) MULTI-ARTS CENTER that has, for close to 25 years, been dedicated to promoting and supporting the visual and performing arts through education, exhibition, performance, and outreach.

GCAC also offers growth in this teaching position with our summer camps and day camps in the visual and performing arts.

Acrobatics/tumbling: We are looking for a teacher that can accommodate students of all abilities and ages. Instructor must have teaching experience working with children in the acrobatic arts.

Hip Hop: We are looking for a teacher that is able to teach ages 9+ with different levels of ability.  Instructor must have teaching experience working with children in dance.

Compensation:$30.00+ an hour
