Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Nassau County, NY, is looking for enthusiastic and professional Ballroom Dance Instructors to join our team!

Training Details:
- First 2 Weeks: Unpaid training to ensure you are fully prepared to join our team
- Next 2 Weeks: Paid training period, allowing you to start earning while continuing to learn the ropes
- After successful completion of training and if it’s a good fit, a full-time contract will be offered to join our team as a Dance Instructor

What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for dance (Ballroom & Latin experience preferred, but not required)
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Ability to teach and inspire students of all levels
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach ballroom and Latin dance to students (singles & couples)
- Help students achieve their dance goals in a fun and encouraging way
- Participate in studio events, showcases, and competitions
- Work in a team-oriented environment with fellow instructors
