At Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Glastonbury and West Hartford, we’re currently looking for a Dance Instructor who is ready to grow, lead, and build a long-term future in the industry.

This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 1:00–9:00 PM) designed for individuals who want more than just teaching — we develop professionals.

Our compensation reflects that growth mindset:
$36,000 – $90,000+ annually (full-time, based on development and performance)
