What Job? If you do what you love you will never have to work again.
We are looking for reliable, organized, energetic and positive-thinking dancers to join our team of trainee ballroom/latin instructors. Instructors will receive free training and may be invited to represent the schools in events and paid performances. Instructors will get paid per hour of teaching/assisting according to their level, experience and results.
Candidates must be well groomed, able to work as a team, have good hospitality and communication skills, and have availability on the evenings and some weekends.
All candidates will be auditioned by appointment.
Experienced instructors are treated as partners. Candidates with no experience may be offered full or partial scholarship or work-study financial aid in our dance instructor training program.
Best trainees may be offered a permanent position in the school.
Our studio activities include monthly social dance parties, bi-yearly showcases and competitions.

Our instructors provide the finest ballroom dance instruction of Northern VA, MD and DC. They will go beyond a regular training by creating opportunities for students to dance socially, perform, compete, and travel.
