Overview

Junior Program:
•Deliver High Quality Classes
Instructors are required to deliver classes to a high standard in their required discipline. Classes should be well-planned and catered as per a child’s age & ability.
•Assessments
Being available to conduct short trial sessions on Junior candidates in order to place them in the correct classes with regards to their ages and ability.
•End of term reports
At the end of each term, instructors will need to give a comprehensive term report on the student’s progress and assess whether they will remain in the same class or change levels.
•Show & Competition Choreography
Instructors are required to choreograph well-thought-out routines for annual exams, competitions and our summer showcase. Instructors should be involved in finding costumes, liaising with parents and finding music for all of these events. Instructors should be able to choreography from beginner through to advance level.
•Parent Liaison
Instructors will be required to deal with any parent enquiry or grievance within their program. When necessary, please ask for assistance from the Program Manager.
•Make Up Lessons
At times, students may request a make-up lesson due to illness etc. Instructors would need to arrange this lesson within the program times and notify the parents accordingly.

•Attendance
It is the instructor’s responsibility to be accountable for all their classes and student’s attendance.
