Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Ballet Teacher to join our team and teach ballet to children aged 3-12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance, a love for teaching young children, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver age-appropriate ballet classes for children aged 3-12.
– Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that fosters a love for dance.
– Develop lesson plans that incorporate basic ballet techniques and creative movement.
– Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing feedback and encouragement.
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during class.
– Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and class updates.
– Participate in studio events, performances, and recitals.
Requirements:
– Previous experience teaching ballet to young children.
– Strong background in ballet and dance education.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
– Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
– Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Degree in Dance or Dance Education.
– Certification from a recognized ballet teaching organization.
