Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive ballet and pointe curricula tailored to various skill levels, ensuring progressive skill development
Lead engaging dance classes that emphasize proper technique, posture, and artistry while maintaining a positive learning environment
Manage classroom dynamics effectively, encouraging discipline, creativity, and respectful behavior among students
Develop choreography for performances, recitals, and special events that showcase student talent and artistic growth
Assess student progress regularly through observations and evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support improvement
Requirements
Proven experience teaching ballet and pointe techniques with a strong background in choreography and dance instruction
