Overview
The Dance Studio at Bronx House is looking for experienced, committed, and responsible dance instructors to join our dedicated faculty beginning in July for classes on Saturdays and possibly weekday after-school hours. Applicants must have a minimum of 3+ years of ballet training, prior teaching experience with young children, possess great communications skills, a positive attitude and be a team player. Candidates with experience teaching preschoolers are especially encouraged to apply. The Dance Studio at Bronx House offers a variety of dance classes which provide a strong foundation in diverse dance styles to students of all ages and abilities. Our comprehensive and sequential approach fosters technique, artistry, and healthy exercise while our professional faculty provide individual attention in small class settings. Serving the uniquely diverse Pelham Parkway neighborhood, Bronx House offers a state-of-the-art Performing Arts facility and admittance to Bronx House fitness and aquatic programs at greatly reduced rates.
