Right now, Dancing with the Stars is captivating audiences across the country and ballroom dance has never been hotter. At Dance Pizazz, we’re bringing that same thrill off-screen and into our breathtaking ballroom in O’Fallon, MO.

We’re more than a studio. We’re a vibrant, family-owned community that’s been igniting a love for ballroom dance since 2008. Our stunning 8,500-square-foot ballroom sparkles with crystal chandeliers, an expansive dance floor, and an atmosphere overflowing with energy, elegance, and fun.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, dynamic Dance Instructor to join our spirited team serving the St. Louis, St. Charles, and St. Peters area. Whether you’re brand new to teaching or already experienced, we’ll give you the tools, training, and stage to launch your career.

What You’ll Do

Inspire students of all ages and skill levels with the joy of ballroom dance
Train in our FREE Beginner Dance Training School (October 14–24, 2025) where you’ll learn teaching methods, ballroom styles, and audition in a Grand Finale Tryout, all at no cost to you
Perform with students and staff at showcases, competitions, and community events that bring the excitement of Dancing with the Stars to life locally
Work with a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates growth and creativity
What We’re Looking For

Passion for dance, performance, and inspiring others
Strong communication and people skills
Adaptability to teach diverse students and styles
Ballroom experience is a plus, but not required, we’ll train you!
Availability for our training program (October 14–24, weekdays, 1:30–3:30 PM)
Willingness to relocate to O’Fallon, MO (relocation support available for exceptional candidates)
