Overview
Dance Gallery is in search of a part-time qualified tumbling coach for our seven studio dance facility. Teachers should have experience with coaching basic floor work for tumbling that could possibly be used in dance choreography in competitions. This coach should be well versed in spotting technique and creating a class that is safe for new tumbling students. All students are beginner to intermediate level tumblers.
Also, there is opportunity to teach beginner ballet to adult dancers. Additional experience teaching modern, contemporary, jazz, tap, ballet, and children’s classes would also be of benefit as we have substitute teaching opportunities available.
About Dance Gallery of SD
Dance Gallery is a 7 studio dance facility in downtown Sioux Falls. We are a training school with the option to participate in the competitive program. Dance Gallery offers classes in ballet (Cecchetti syllabus and non-syllabus ballet), pointe, jazz, tap, modern, contemporary, musical theater, hip hop, tumbling, children’s pre school classes (Leap N Learn ages 3-7), adult ballet and tap. Dance Gallery has a studio company that participates in ballet productions once a year.
