Overview
MFA in Dance, preferable. Successful candidates have 3+ years of successful teaching experience and have directed a dance company in a professional setting. Demonstrated ability to educate and inspire student dancers as evidenced in classes, rehearsals, and performances. Outstanding choreographic skills and artistry in dance. Administrative and managerial experience; budget management experience; risk management experience; superior communication skills; visionary leadership. The ability to form collaborative relationships with CEOs, colleagues, customers and others. Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and commitment to diversity.
