Growing Arthur Murray Franchised studio is looking for an experienced male or couple (3-5 year teaching experience) for teaching and/or executive position. Teaching duties include (but not limited to) instruction of singles/couples in American style social, competitive dancing, personal as well as group lessons and weekly studio practice sessions, organization and tracking of student progress, marketing of programs, studio events, competitions etc. Successful candidate should possess above average people skills, team-work mentality and have an open minded attitude and willingness to grow in teaching, dancing and business skills. Executive duties include (but not limited to) staff training, student tracking/retention, achieving weekly staff teaching and sales quotas, day to day studio management etc. Aspiring candidate(s) will have demonstrated successful teaching career (in number of lessons taught, student retention, certification, competition history etc) as well as possessing an executive mindset with career goals with Arthur Murray. Current studio boasts growing clientele, satisfied customer base, happy team-work oriented staff and opportunities for future expansion. Please submit resume and teaching statistics.

Cary Arthur Murray hosts in studio events such as "Freestyle" & "Team Match" competitions, Showcases as well as dinner dance events, we also participate in District and Area Arthur Murray Competitions as well as Area training seminars. Cary Arthur Murray also brings in nationally recognized dance coaches for further training for students and staff alike.
