Overview
Bay Area Ballet Conservatory is looking to hire teachers to join our Contemporary/Modern Faculty for the 2024-2025 School Session (August 19 – June 8), age range 10 to 18. Pay is dependent on experience and competitive. Additional teaching opportunity during our 2024 Summer Intensive Week 1, July 22-26.
Other responsibilities include year-end concert choreography, communicating regularly with the Director. Additional choreography (both concert and competition) and coaching opportunities available.
Candidates should have an extensive background in contemporary and/or modern dance, great communication skills, reliable transportation, excellent classroom management skills and most importantly have a love working with youth.
