Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Acrobatic Instructor to teach students foundational acrobatic movements that complement dance, such as handstands, walkovers, cartwheels, and flips. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acrobatics or gymnastics, prioritizing safe and progressive teaching methods for children and teens of all skill levels.

Responsibilities:

Teach students core acrobatic techniques, including handstands, front and back walkovers, cartwheels, and flips.
Assess each student’s skill level and develop personalized progression plans.
Maintain a safe, supportive environment during sessions, emphasizing injury prevention and proper technique.
Provide constructive feedback and positive encouragement to students.
Communicate clearly with students and parents about progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in acrobatics, gymnastics, or a related field, with a focus on dance-related techniques.
Teaching experience with children and teens.
Expertise in core acrobatic movements (handstands, walkovers, cartwheels, flips).
Relevant certifications in acrobatics, gymnastics, or a related discipline (preferred).
Strong safety awareness and risk management skills in a studio setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and supportive teaching style.
